Career

Halli Cohn is a trial attorney with a specialized practice in the defense of product liability cases involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Having practiced in this area for more than 30 years, Halli understands the underlying science, as well as the law, and is able to provide a greater level of service to her clients. Halli has extensive experience serving as national and regional counsel in mass tort litigation, specifically with pelvic and hernia mesh, talc, IVC filters, anti-depressant pharmaceuticals, and ranitidine. She also has substantial experience representing transportation and logistics companies in catastrophic personal injury cases, as well as representing clinical laboratories in misdiagnosis cases.

In addition to defending clients in the courtroom, Halli is often called upon to develop tools and processes to reduce product liability risk for product manufacturers.
