Career

Hanna was an expert on criminal law in the Analysis Department at the Chancellary of the Polish Parliament (Sejm). She also advised the Criminal Law Codification Committee and the Civil Law Codification Committee.

Associate professor at the Institute of Criminal Law at Warsaw University.

She co-operates with the Helsinki Foundation in the Observatory of Freedom of the Media and the Innocence Clinic projects. An expert to the Taxation Council at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan and a member of the Helsinki Foundation Programme Council - Precedential Cases Programme.
