An expert on Polish, EU and international environmental law, including waste law. He has advised on environmental law issues in numerous infrastructure projects, M&A transactions and due diligences. He has a great deal of experience in assessing the impact of investments on the environment, in environmental law requirements for the operation of plants and in representing clients in administrative courts and before administrative authorities.
