Specialises in public procurement including PPP and concessions. Advises domestic and foreign enterprises, and public entities on energy, defence, infrastructure and municipal services (particularly waste management and public transport).
Career
As part of his previous duties (until March 2009 he was Director of the EU Department at the Public Procurement Office) he was Poland’s representative at EU institutions, where he participated in legislative work on Directive 2007/66/EC on remedies in the field of public procurement and Directive 2009/81/EC on the award of contracts in the fields of defence and security.
Involved in the legislative work in 2016 and in 2019 on the implementation of Directive 2014/24 /EU into Polish law.
