She also has specialist expertise in gambling disputes. Notable recent cases include the SKAT dispute (a very substantial fraud claim brought in respect of Danish tax); the Phones 4U dispute (a legations of anti-competitive conduct against major mobile phone operators); Vannin v RBOS Shareholders Action Group Limited (a claim related to payment of fees under a funding agreement) and the RBS Rights Issue Litigation. Hannah also has experience of substantial international arbitration under the major sets of arbitration rules and in related applications.
