Jason Day is the Firmwide Co-Chair of the Corporate Practice and focuses his practice on counseling public company clients on securities regulation, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions. Jason also advises public company executives and boards regarding fiduciary duties in connection with major transactions, corporate governance, SEC disclosure, corporate finance, executive compensation, and various other areas of SEC and stock exchange compliance. Jason's securities experience also includes frequent representation of issuers and underwriters in public equity and debt offerings.
