Having joined TSMP in June 2000, Jennifer Chia is a veteran at the firm and is today most active in corporate transactional work. Her portfolio ranges from banking and finance deals to mergers and acquisitions, and reconstructions relating to corporate real estate. She also practises general corporate work encompassing investments, convertible loan transactions, joint ventures, share and business sale transactions and advising listed companies on their regulatory and compliance matters.
Her specific specialisation practice areas are in banking and finance – with a focus on real property-related assets–, corporate real estate, mergers and acquisitions – including restructurings – and joint ventures. Her clients include banks, financial institutions, multinational corporates and high net-worth individuals.
