Co-founding the firm in 1998, Stefanie Yuen Thio heads its transactional practice, where she is able to holistically support clients across all areas of her expertise, which include mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, corporate/commercial transactions and investments. In each of these fields, she is acknowledged as a leading professional by important legal journals such as the IFLR and Chambers.

She is a people person, which has not only built her a formidable network of contacts, but also underpinned her strategic abilities in boardroom battles.
