Managing Partner Jens Bødtcher-Hansen is in charge of the day-to-day operations of our firm. He previously headed the Contracts and Procurement Law group for many years. He advises on various forms of cooperation in the public sector and the interaction with private sector operators, including public-private partnerships, joint ventures and innovation partnerships.
Jens is in demand for legally highly complex and political matters, and with his background as commercial law director in the Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the EU Commission, Jens has extensive knowledge of general commercial law issues and insight into the political decision-making process in Denmark and the EU.
