Rikke Hoffensetz Andresen is head of the firm’s M&A Real Estate team and one of two women ranked by Chambers within Real Estate. Rikke provides advice to pension funds, national and international property investors, developers and other business clients in matters relating to real estate, particularly in connection with property transactions, real estate development and the financing of real estate. She provides advice to a number of municipalities in development of new urban areas in the greater Copenhagen area. Rikke is highly experienced in conducting complex property transactions and has assisted clients in connection with significant real estate transactions in Denmark.
Rikke’s focus is always on fulfilling each client’s specific needs and targets in the matter at hand and on completing complex transactions in a manner as simple, adaptable and efficient as possible. Rikke has a strong reputation for her extremely commercial understanding, which leads her to be able to find simple solutions to complex problems. Furthermore Rikke is well-known for her high degree of attentiveness towards her clients.
