Tobias Vieth is a partner in Lundgrens’ real estate practice area and Chairman of the Board. He has over 20 years of experience in both the legal and asset management industries.

Tobias primarily handles domestic and cross-border transactions for institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs. Tobias started his career in the asset management industry and thus has a very deep understanding of the operations of real estate and puts this practical knowledge to good use when handling transactions.

Selected work highlights include advising on the sale of the ILLUM and Magasin portfolio; Aberdeen Standard Investments on the sale of the Project Square and Danske Fragtmænd logistics portfolio; Savills IM and CBRE GI on high-street acquisitions; Hines on the purchase of residential portfolios and greenfield development; Marylebone Properties on the sale of a residential portfolio to Capman; Aviva on Copenhagen center core assets, Blackstone on the purchase of several residential portfolios; Highbrook on the purchase of the A-House and JT Ross on the acquisition of supermarket and logistics portfolios from NREP.
