2.In December 2020, the second instance of contract dispute between Fujian Tiantu Industrial Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Zhu Zhengxing Heavy-load Expressway Co., Ltd. and the third party North Tonghe Holding Co., Ltd., case number: (2020)最高法民终892号, all the claims of the plaintiff were rejected in the first instance, and the original judgment was upheld in the second instance.
