Career

ZHONG Yu has been practiced in law as a lawyer for over 15 years. Before that, Ms. ZHONG served as a legal counsel at a large international trading comapany. Her in-house experience help her better understand the needs and strategies of her clients. ZHONG Yu has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters including initial public offerings, restructurings, secondary offerings, strategic investments,cross-boarded M&A deals, employee trusts and other corporate work.

Ms. ZHONG has represented issuers and some of the world's leading investment banks in dealing with many debt capital market transactions covering a variety of sectors such as manufacturing, real estate and infrastructure.

She gained extensive exposure while advising various clients such as PRC state-owned enterprises, financial institutions and PRC government authorities in matters both in and outside of China, including M&As, financing and outbound investment.
