Career

Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Zhu worked in the Banking and Finance Department of King & Wood Mallesons' Beijing office. He represents onshore and offshore lessors, lenders, airlines in aircraft financing projects. He also advises lenders and borrowers in international and domestic lending transactions. Mr. Zhu has helped onshore and offshore clients to invest in various PRC financial institutions (including banks, insurance companies, auto finance companies, consumption finance companies and securities companies) and provided PRC law advice on their daily business and operation.

Mr. Zhu has extensive experience in investments in NPLs and distressed assets. He also advise clients (banks, financial institutions, venture capital funds, Fintech companies) on all aspects of the FinTech sector.
