Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Xie practiced law at Broad & Bright, Clifford Chance, and Zhong Lun Law Firm. Mr. Xie also serves as Guest Lecturer at the Advanced Program on International Legal Services at Peking University Law School, Off-Campus Supervisor of the Master of Law degree at the University of International Business and Economics, and Steering Group Member of International Corporate Counsel Committee of the American Bar Association.

Experience

Mr. Xie has over fourteen years of compliance and antitrust law practice experience, having assisted a number of leading Chinese and international companies in general compliance, improvement of compliance system, data protection, merger filings, national security reviews, antitrust investigations, and compliance matters. Mr. Xie has extensive experience in handling merger filings for global and domestic M&A deals, including both Chinese antitrust filings for global transactions and antitrust and foreign investment review filings for Chinese outbound investments globally. Mr. Xie has also represented many clients in high-profile investigations in China.
