Justin M. Sher is a co-founder of Sher Tremonte LLP and seasoned litigator who is trusted by clients to navigate their most challenging legal matters. Justin represents companies and individuals in high-stakes business disputes involving fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, breaches of contract, and claims under the Racketeering and Corrupt Organizations Act and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Justin also represents clients in white-collar investigations relating to securities fraud, cryptocurrency, accounting fraud, and antitrust violations. Justin has led trial teams in state and federal courts and in arbitrations.
Career
Prior to co-founding Sher Tremonte, Justin worked in the Frauds Bureau of the New York District Attorney’s Office and practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell and Kobre & Kim. Justin graduated from Harvard College and New York University School of Law and clerked for the Honorable George B. Daniels in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Justin is a member of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Council, and the New York American Inn of Court. Justin previously served on the board of Legal Services of the Hudson Valley.
