Career
Mark joined Sher Tremonte LLP in 2013 and became a partner in 2018. Mark has a J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. Upon graduating from law school Mark worked at Mayer Brown LLP, where he was a member of its Electronic Discovery and Record Management Group. Mark came to Sher Tremonte from Penson Worldwide, Inc. a public company, where he served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel. Mark is a contributing author of Information Management Policies and Procedure, a chapter of Electronic Discovery Deskbook, the leading treatise on electronic discovery and records management.
