the bank group on the core debt facility for Ascendas' $1.073 billion acquisition of a portfolio of 26 logistics warehouses throughout Australia from Singapore's sovereign fund, GIC, and Frasers Property Australia. This deal is the second largest industrial property deal to date in the Asia Pacific region and the largest industrial property transaction in Australia.
