Kevin J. Hamilton focuses his practice on employment counseling and litigation with a particular expertise in high stakes litigation, investigations or negotiations involving senior executive leadership, board, or key strategic relationships. Mr. Hamilton has handled internal investigations, non-competition, trade secret, and multiple-plaintiff litigation for a variety of the firm’s largest and most significant clients. Mr. Hamilton chairs the firm's nationally-recognized Band One Retail and Consumer Products Industry Group with over 250 lawyers nationwide. Mr. Hamilton is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Member of the American Law Institute, and Member of the American Employment Law Council.
