Lindsay Wong is a Toronto-based Gowling WLG partner who advises on infrastructure/public-private partnerships (P3) transactions and construction law.

Lindsay's experience includes acting for government agencies and private sector participants in public-private partnership projects in various jurisdictions and a range of companies in the construction sector.

Lindsay regularly advises on challenging and complex infrastructure and PPP projects and has a strong track record of delivering strategically important and high value projects across all asset classes and sectors. She understands the full range of procurement models and advises on all stages in the lifecycle of a project.
