Career

Matt Mitchell is a partner in the Vancouver office and member of the Banking & Finance Group.

Matt's practice focuses on banking, project finance and syndicated commercial real estate finance transactions. He acts on behalf of Canadian and international financial institutions and debtors and has successfully closed a variety of significant financing transactions, including the acquisition, development, construction and refinancing of commercial real estate, energy and infrastructure projects, office buildings, and hotels.

Matt is recognized as a leading Canadian lawyer in The Best Lawyers in Canada (Banking and Finance Law).
