Career

Livia has started her career in a Corporate Law office from Curitiba-PR. Then, she worked as a legal manager in important companies such as Vale S.A. and Consórcio Construtor Belo Monte. Since 2010, she has been working at Lacaz Martins as a specialist in Real Estate Finance.

Livia has been a leading partner since 2016 and since then she has been leading cases of extreme complexity and importance for the firm, serving clients such as VBI, Hectare, TRX, Hedge, View, CSHG, Órama, Fator, Succespar, among others. She has the ability to handle cases that involve aspects not only of real estate law, but of the capital markets, corporate and tax (with support from the rest of the office areas whenever necessary). She is frequently wanted by the clients for thinking outside the box and bringing solutions that help them to seal their deals.
