Career

Patrícia is specialized in Corporate and M&A with extensive experience in the automotive, chemical and health industries and in the education sector, as well as in Private Equity & Venture Capital deals. She has considerable experience in the coordination of multijurisdictional deals for US and German lawyers and clients.

Patrícia is also the founder of the German desk of the firm.

She has extensive experience with foreign clients, including German-based Freudenberg Gruppe, ZF, KUKA, Hamburg-Süd, Hübner among others.

Personal

Patrícia holds a master’s degree (LLM) from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich and was a foreign associate in GLNS Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater, Munich. She speaks Spanish, is fluent in English and German and is the co-head of KLA’s German Desk.
