With over 25 years’ experience, and known for her commercial savvy and technical polish, she is a sought after adviser for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices companies alike.

She has developed her high profile and expertise by working for leading companies in the sector including:

- Representing Les Laboratoires Servier in patent infringement and revocation proceedings where she used her Higher Rights advocacy qualification to secure an interim injunction at short notice in relation to Servier’s ACE inhibitor Perindopril market. She took this matter all the way to the Supreme Court and a subsequent damages enquiry in the UK.

- Representing Chiesi Farmaceutici SpA in patent infringement and revocation proceedings in relation to its market leading inhaler formulation Fostair against several generics.
