Career

Luis Felipe specializes in real estate law. He assesses the acquisition of both urban and rural land, examining the property right of the land in question. For this purpose, he acutely examines information from the Public Registry, municipalities and other public entities.

The assessment of construction processes also comprises his field of expertise, which spans across different urban activities, such as residential, commercial and industrial use. To this end, he assesses urban development projects over wide extensions of land and the obtaining of the corresponding permits, licenses and authorizations. His advice also includes the final legal steps of the construction process, namely, the obtention of the municipal certifications and authorizations, as well as the registration of said documents in the Public Registry.

His commercial-oriented legal counsel also specializes in the development and legal safeguarding of businesses and public infrastructure across multiple areas and industries. His legal advice is sought after by the most important companies in key sectors of the Peruvian market, namely retail, shopping centres, social clubs, restaurants, office buildings, factories, and commercial agencies in general. In this matter, his practice focuses on the obtaining of operating licences, and Technical Safety Inspection Certificates for Buildings (“ITSE” in Spanish).

In addition to his main areas of practice, he also participates in the definition and execution of legal strategies involving real estate, civil, commercial and administrative conflicts and lawsuits. He represents companies and landowners in disputes related to said areas of law, before the Judiciary and Arbitration Tribunals.
