Mr. Martin advises, drafts and negotiates transactions involving mobile wireless, broadcast, cable, satellite and online network platform assets and businesses. He represents companies, entrepreneurs and investors before the Federal Communications Commission, Executive Branch, Congress and the courts in matters involving telecom, media, and technology transactions, policy matters and enforcement proceedings. He also advises manufacturers and distributors of consumer products on the regulation of extended warranties, service contracts and device insurance.
