Marcelo Halpern is a highly experienced partner with Perkins Coie’s Business group and served as the Firmwide Co-Chair of the Technology Transactions and Privacy practice for over seven years. He currently serves a member of the firm's Executive Committee. With over two decades of experience in the legal industry, Marcelo has built a reputation for his deep expertise in complex commercial transactions that involve the development, deployment, and distribution of technology across a wide range of industries.

Marcelo's client base is diverse, ranging from multinational FORTUNE 100 companies to startups, emerging growth companies, governments, and non-profit organizations. His advisory services extend to collaboration, development, distribution, licensing, and service agreements, among others.

In addition to his commercial transaction practice, Marcelo is also highly knowledgeable in intellectual property and technology issues.
