Practice Areas
Mark heads up Lewis Silkin's Dispute Resolution team. He has 19 years experience, specialising in high value and complex international disputes, with a particular focus on corporate disputes and commercial litigation. Mark has significant experience of post-transaction claims including warranty and indemnity claims and joint venture disputes. He regularly handles shareholder disputes, investor claims and cases involving director duties. His work regularly takes place in the Commercial Court and a number of his recent cases have also featured before the Court of Appeal. His client base is wide-ranging, encompassing those in the following sectors: retail, sport, mining and gas, manufacturing and engineering, technology and telecoms, gaming, professional services and advertising and marketing.
