Michael is a Partner in the Employment team.

He advises on all aspects of employment and partnership law. Michael's particular areas of focus include High Court litigation and arbitration. He has worked on a number of leading cases concerning restrictive covenants, theft of confidential information and team moves, securing wins for clients in the financial services, insurance and technology sectors.

Michael is co-head of Lewis Silkin’s Financial Services Group.
