Martin focuses his practice on real estate law, commercial law and also works on commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, mainly assisting clients with (i) negotiation of preliminary/non-binding documents, (ii) preparation of a legal due diligence reports, (iii) drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and (iv) completion of post-closing matters. He provides also legal advice to companies from various types of industries in connection with their business activities in the Slovak Republic, in particular in connection with protection of their rights in administrative and court proceedings (including preliminary court protection), as well as in arbitration proceedings. He worked as a lead lawyer on several real estate transactions in the Slovak Republic. He is an active speaker on conferences, mostly on real estate issues.
