Career
Mr. Serralde specializes in antitrust and competition law and foreign direct investment regulation (FDI), actively participating in all types of cases before the competition authorities, from pre-merger filings, to investigations, administrative procedures, constitutional (Amparo) proceedings, as well as leniency applications. He also devotes substantial time in advisory and compliance by clients with Mexican competition legal framework with respect to their operations. Mr. Serralde has participated in some of the most relevant and sophisticated cases before the antitrust authorities.

He is Coordinator of Antitrust and Competition Commission of the Mexican Bar Association, and member of the International Bar Association and American Bar Association.
