Molly has practiced traditional labor law for almost 20 years, helping unionized and non-unionized clients across virtually all industries. While she specializes in the airline industry, but she also regularly works for retail, refinery, food processing and distribution, trucking, healthcare, and hospitality employers. She regularly arbitrates, bargains, and handles labor-related court and ULP litigation. She also advises and counsels on employment law, particularly the interrelation between state employment laws and collective bargaining agreements. She draws on her seven years of in-house legal counsel experience to ensure she provides responsive, to-the-point legal advice to her clients, always considering the potential downline business and legal issues her clients face. Molly’s time in-house helps her understand and account for the business pressures and labor relations realities her clients face.
