Real Estate practice partner Nathan Fahrer represents commercial real estate clients across the country in complex transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial office buildings, hotels, retail shopping centers and multisite agricultural properties. His recent focus has been on the acquisition and leasing of real property in multiple jurisdictions across the country for Data Center use. Nathan also has extensive hospitality experience representing developers and owners in connection with several high-profile purchase and financing transactions, including the Davenport Hotel portfolio, the Loews Chicago Hotel, the Conrad Chicago Hotel, the Washington Marriott Georgetown, and the Miami Dadeland Hotel. In addition to his Data Center and hospitality work, Nathan represents commercial landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing, including ground leasing, retail, restaurant, industrial, office, and headquarter leasing.
