Ole Kristian Olsby is the Managing Partner at Littler Norway. He handles the entire spectrum of employment law advice. Olsby has extensive experience as a commercial lawyer within the full range of employment law and human resources-related matters, both contentious and noncontentious. He has worked as counsel for a broad range of clients in different business sectors, including large international companies, and has comprehensive experience in assisting top and high-ranking executives as well as members of the Board of Directors. A significant part of Olsby's work is international employment law and cross-border matters. He has extensive experience in negotiations as well as in providing advice to employers regarding issues such as reorganizations, mergers and temporary employment. He has considerable experience in finding the right solutions as well as in creative problem-solving and creative business solutions. Olsby has more than 20 years of experience and has been ranked in Chambers Europe since 2014 and in Legal 500 EMEA since 2015.
