Career
Tore Lerheim is chair, partner and lawyer at Littler Norway. His main areas of work are employment law, pension law and litigation. He also works on subject matters within the fields of contract law and private international law. Lerheim has considerable experience in cases before ordinary courts and is admitted to the Supreme Court. He has acted as counsel for a broad range of companies and has assisted employees at all levels in both private and public sectors. Lerheim has extensive experience in assisting both high-ranking and top executives. He is very active as a top-tier litigator representing employers, employees and trade unions with high performance, high integrity and a personal touch. Lerheim is also a certified and recognised mediator. He has more than 20 years of experience and has been recommended in The Legal 500 EMEA editorial since 2019 and ranked in Chambers Europe in the 2007, 2018 and 2019 editions. Lerheim has also been ranked in the Norwegian Lawyer Survey since 2018, and in 2021, 2022 and 2023 he was ranked number two, five and three, respectively, on the list of Norway's best employment lawyers.
