Olivia-Faith Dobbie is an employment law expert, with extensive experience of a broad range of employment disputes. She has appeared at all levels, including two appearances in the Supreme Court, as well as having acted in a case that went to the European Court of Human Rights. She works on cases of great significance, including, most recently: Forstater v CGD (as sole counsel); Bandi & Ors v Bolt (representing 13,000 drivers as junior counsel); and in various supermarket equal pay claims (as junior counsel).
Olivia was appointed as a part-time Employment Judge in 2020. She has a strong court presence, is an impressive cross-examiner and is renowned for her commercial acumen, intellect and interpersonal skills. Olivia has a particularly strong reputation for discrimination, holiday pay, employment status, equal pay, group claims and whistleblowing. Due to her expertise in discrimination law, she also acts in discrimination claims in the county court.
