Omar Rodríguez is a Partner and leads the Criminal Law practice at Morgan & Morgan. He also plays a leading role in the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Arbitration practice areas.
He has advised on processes across various industries, including construction, public infrastructure, energy, banking, hospitality, and government, specializing in criminal law at both corporate and private levels. In recent years, he has been involved in high-profile cases in Panama, addressing financial and corporate fraud, economic asset misappropriation, cybersecurity, and crimes against public administration and the national economy, among others.
Before joining Morgan & Morgan, he held various public positions within the Public Prosecutor's Office, an experience that has enriched his perspective and skills in handling complex and high-profile cases.
Omar is a frequent speaker and has taught at several universities, delivering courses related to Criminal, Civil, and Commercial Law.
