Practice Areas
Partner of the Administrative and Regulated Sectors Department. He advises to both public and private clients in all matters related to Public law (government organization, public procurement, public goods, infringement proceedings, public aids, expropriation, etc.), infrastructure and public services, natural resources (water, mining) and regulated sectors (particularly in the fields of energy and transportation). He represents clients against national, regional or local governments in court litigation and at the Spanish Constitutional Court. He is regularly involved in operations relating to power generation facilities and has taken part in the drafting and implementation of several public-private partnership schemes (highways, hospitals, rolling stock, etc.).

Joined Ramón y Cajal Abogados in 2000. Partner since 2005. Previously worked for the Council of Europe (Directorate of Legal Affairs) and Zaragoza University.
