Pam Anderson has more than 25 years of experience advising and working with heavily regulated companies in the energy and utilities industries. Pam’s practice focuses on regulatory litigation, energy transactions and policy. Her practice also encompasses issues involving climate change, sustainability, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. She represents natural gas and electric utilities, rural cooperatives and municipalities, renewable energy project developers, natural gas pipeline and storage companies, and large consumers of energy resources throughout the country. Pam has represented clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the North American Reliability Corporation (NERC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and various state utility commissions.
