Patricia Falcão – Legal Services Director, ClarkeModet Brazil

Patricia Falcão is a highly experienced intellectual property attorney with over 20 years in IP prosecution, litigation, and enforcement. Since joining ClarkeModet in 2012, she has played a pivotal role in managing the company’s legal matters and guiding national and multinational clients in securing and protecting their IP rights.

Her expertise includes trademarks, patents, copyrights, industrial designs, and utility models, as well as high-profile M&A operations and IP negotiations. Patricia has served as an Expert Consultant and Court Surveyor in IP matters since 2016.

She has held leadership roles in prestigious legal organizations, such as the Combating Piracy Studies Commission, Member of the Customs Subcommittee, both at Brazilian Bar Association - Rio de Janeiro Section, Coordinator of ABPI Technology Transfer and Franchising Commission, and as 1ST Vice-President of the Fiscal, Advisory and Ethics Council of ABAPI.
