Peter filed the first leniency application in Slovakia. He represents clients during dawn raids by the Antimonopoly Office, cartel investigations and subsequent litigation before Slovak courts. He prepares competition reviews for clients, advises on retailers’ legislation and organizes competition law and dawn raid training. Peter represented a client in merger control proceedings where the Antimonopoly Office approved the transaction with remedies–first application of the EU remedies model.
