Philip is a Hong Kong-based partner with extensive experience advising clients on cross-border M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions across Europe and Asia.

He has led on many high-profile transactions including advising NVC Lighting on the US$794m disposal of a majority stake in its China business to KKR, Permira on the acquisition of a 50% interest in the aquatic feed business of Grobest and Warburg Pincus on its disposal of its interest in HK-listed Car Inc. He also advises financial sponsors on growth capital investments across various sectors.
