She has been involved in many complex cross-border transactions including structuring and documentation for joint ventures, technology collaborations, international commercial contracts, licensing agreements, etc. She particularly advises several new-media, technology, online gaming and other clients on a wide spectrum of issues concerning such business models, including regulatory frameworks, data, intellectual property, etc. She is a well-known voice for policy initiatives in the technology, media and gaming space, and her views are often sought for policy changes by the government, industry, etc. She also works keenly with the disputes team on TMT-centric contentious matters.
