Raymond M. Kang has extensive experience representing a broad range of private and public companies, including developers, power producers, equipment providers, EPC contractors, O&M contractors, suppliers, off-takers, and financiers, on various greenfield and brownfield energy (gas, electricity, renewable) projects around the Asia-Pacific Region. Raymond provides expert advice on all aspects of energy projects, including acquisitions, acquisition finance, project finance, power purchase agreements, tolling arrangements, fuel supply arrangements, EPC contracts, O&M contracts, and negotiating with various government agencies. Raymond’s multi-jurisdictional experience includes past and present mandates in Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Mongolia and Myanmar.
