Rebecca Gordon counsels Fortune 100 corporations, high net worth individuals, nationwide trade associations, prominent lobbying firms, and other entities on all legal issues that impact their interactions with federal and state governments. These include federal Lobbying Disclosure Act registration and reporting requirements, state lobbying laws, federal and state campaign finance laws, federal and state laws governing conveyance of gifts to public officials, and federal and state pay-to-play laws. Working with both legal and government relations teams, Rebecca helps clients construct and implement compliance programs, counsels on campaign finance and congressional ethics matters, and helps organizations establish and operate their own political action committees.
