Bob Gallagher represents clients in multibillion-dollar construction projects involving coal, solar, gas-fired, and hydroelectric power plants; water and wastewater treatment plants; infrastructure projects, including tunnels, highways, pipelines, transmission lines, locks and dams; and heavy industrial and commercial construction projects. His clients include owners, EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and pipeline suppliers and installers.
Bob helps clients assess risk and avoid or resolve construction disputes through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods. He has extensive experience representing clients in trials, appeals, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings across the U.S. and globally.
