Serena Carlsen is an experienced transactional real estate lawyer with over 30 35 years of experience. Her background includes ground leasing by public and private institutions, port related operations development, and leasing of historic buildings, real estate transactions for industrial and energy development projects, and traditional leasing and purchase/sale transactions. Serena’s practice extends to real estate projects and clients in Alaska. Her significant breadth of real estate transaction experience makes her uniquely suited to work with clients on a breadth or real estate matters. Serena is also the current Editor of the Washington Bar Association Real Estate Deskbook.
