Sheree Strom Carson is a partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation practice. For the past two decades, her practice has focused on the representation of electric and natural gas utilities in regulatory proceedings before state utility commissions, including the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, as well as state courts and federal courts. Sheree represents energy companies in complaint proceedings, rate cases, merger and acquisition proceedings, project development, and rulemakings. Sheree advises energy clients on a wide variety of issues, including alternative ratemaking approaches, tariff interpretations, compliance with conservation and renewable energy targets and compliance with federal and state laws. Sheree has also represented energy clients and other clients in real estate litigation and eminent domain proceedings.
