Shylah Alfonso is the Firmwide Chair of the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Litigation Practice. She focuses her practice on antitrust litigation, counseling, investigations and regulatory advocacy, class action and complex commercial litigation, intellectual property and FRAND litigation, and antitrust clearance for mergers and acquisitions.
Shylah has extensive experience working with multinational companies across the market spectrum, including companies looking to enter the U.S. market. Whether involving the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, State Attorneys Generals, or private litigants, she has represented manufacturers, retailers, distributors, research and development companies, and patent portfolio holders in a range of industries, including telecommunications, semiconductor, computer software, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing, retail, the internet and aerospace.
