Sion has advised clients on numerous complex multijurisdictional investigations and civil litigation with an emphasis on judgment/award enforcement, asset tracing and related litigation (often with an insolvency element), and internal investigations. His recent experience includes advising a listed company in relation to a US$270 million fraud spanning around 30 jurisdictions where he devised a multipronged strategy involving criminal and civil proceedings to achieve significant recoveries. Sion is successfully representing the Commercial Bank of Dubai on its approximately $120 million claim against the Al Sari family and the international enforcement strategy relating to an arbitration award worth over US$1bn.
